This form is the first step in changing your student group’s name. Before you begin, please confirm your Student Group’s current name here. Once you submit this form with an updated constitution, it will go to the Clubs Committee for initial approval. Once it has been approved there, it will be confirmed at SSMU Legislative council and made official on all SSMU documentation.
