SSMU Full Status Application – Appeal Form

The Club Committee will accept one appeal for applications that failed to be approved for Full Status upon their initial review. Note that to appeal, you must provide the committee with additional information that was not originally considered with your application.

Please note that the appeals form must be submitted within five business days of receiving the notification email of your application rejection.

Please ensure that this reflects your club's name as per your constitution - no acronyms or nicknames, please!

Please provide your group's official @ssmu.ca email address.

Appeal Justification

Please detail your justification for an appeal, and upload and supporting documents as required.
Please detail any extenuating circumstances that were not originally considered by the Club Committee when their original decision was rendered.

Note that failing to pass the Full Status Approval Rubric without providing any new information that was not originally considered is not valid justification for an appeal.
