The purpose of this form is to request Interac deposit capabilities for your Club’s bank account. This will allow external entities to deposit money into your account, but not allow you to send money out

If you do not know you're CLU#, please check this document containing the most recent list of CLU numbers.
Please provide your official club @ssmu.ca email address. This must not be an executive's email, but instead the Club's main email address. If you do not already have one, please create it before filling out this form.
Please provide the name of the first Executive signing officer
Please provide the name of the second Executive signing officer
