Funding Appeal Form

This form is intended for appealing the decision of the Funding Committee. The Funding Committee will review your appeal and contact you with a response and steps for further action, if necessary. Please note that as per SSMU Internal Regulations 4.3, appeals must be submitted within seven days of notification of the Funding Committee’s decision.
