Contract Conditions - We have read and understood the conditions contained in this Agreement and we accept the following conditions:

Condition 1 *

We declare that we are the two (2) elected/appointed representative of my club and my election/appointment adhered to all articles in my club’s internal regulation, constitution and bylaws.

Condition 2 *

We declare that we are enrolled in a McGill undergraduate program and are Members of the Society.

Condition 3 *

We declare and confirm that our club has received official notice of club status, Full or Interim.

Condition 4 *

We understand and accept that the use of the club bank account is only for club business activities.

Form will be signed in person at the mandatory club workshop

Condition 5 *

We understand and accept that we are responsible for all deposits/withdrawals for the club bank account and will perform transparent and accurate transaction recording with due diligence for the Club Audit.

Condition 6 *

We understand and accept that the SSMU can withdraw any amount from the club bank account at any said time given there are outstanding bills to SSMU or third parties. You will be informed by SSMU Accounting of this withdrawal.

Condition 7 *

We will be attending the financial workshop and will ensure that we understand the bank account functionalities before using the service

Condition 8 *

We understand that the SSMU may suspend or close the club/service bank account without notice if: (please read text below)

a) the club/service bank account is overdrawn;

b) there is suspicious activity in the club/service bank account;

c) there is default by one or more of the signing officer(s) in fulfilling their obligation(s) described in the articles of this contract;

d) the club/service fails a club audit;

e) the club/service loses its SSMU recognized club/service status;

f) there is little or no bank activity for a period of twelve (12) months;

g) the club/service fails to notify SSMU accounting of a change in signing officer(s) within 24 hours;

h) the club/service violates any SSMU rules and regulations respecting clubs/services;

i) the club/service opens or maintains another bank account;
